The Executive committee of the organisation will be comprises of following of bearers:

- Vice President
- Secretary
- Assistant Secretary
- Treasurer
- Assistant Treasurer
- Publicity Secretary – I
- Publicity Secretary – II

FUNCTION OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
- President:
The President shall preside the every meetings of the organisation. The decision of the president of the organisation will be final on the matter relating to its functioning, however he cannot give his arbitrary decision and prevail over the decision arrived at by the majority of the executive committee. - Vice president:
The vice president of the organisation shall enjoy all the powers of President in his / her absence. - Secretary
Secretary shall be the main functionary of the organisation. He / She will keep tracking on every activities of the organisation and shall be responsible for convening meeting, preparation agenda of the meeting. All records regarding administrative matter and activities of the organisation in general will be maintained by him. - Assistant Secretary:
The Assistant Secretary of the organisation shall enjoy all the powers of Secretary in his / her absence. - Treasurer:
Treasurer shall be responsible for care and management of organisation fund. He/ She will be responsible for collecting admission fee and monthly membership fee and maintain all the proper record of income and expenditure of the organisation. He/ She shall place the record of accounts before the meeting as and when he is asked to do so by the executive body. He/ She shall be responsible for purchase of stationeries / Assets and other relevant materials required for the organisation. - Assistant Treasurer:
The Assistant Treasurer of the organisation shall enjoy all the powers of Treasurer in his / her absence. - Publicity Secretary – I:
He/ She shall be the responsibilities of matter related to publicity and advertisement of the organisation. - Publicity Secretary – II:
He/ She shall be the responsibilities of matter related to publicity and advertisement of the organisation. - Advisors: The executive may nominate maximum 5 numbers of advisors of the organisation.The organisation shall seek advice, as and when need arises, from the advisor on the matters relating to functioning of the organisation.The advisors does not treated as executive members and they do not have right to take decision during the meeting of the executive committee.
