RULES AND REGULATION & CONDITION OF THE ORGANISATION

  • Any member who is responsible for breach of rules and regulation laid down by the organisation is liable to disciplinary action as the Executive body of the organisation deems fit.
  •  The Organisation shall remain purely a non political organisation. No Executive members are allowed to indulge in active political activities which amount to making the organisation a political forum.
  •  Members are prohibited to alcoholic and other kind of intoxicant and drug abuse.
  • The constitution of the organisation may amended by the 2/3 majority of the Executive Committee.

ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP

  •  Any individual irrespective of sex, caste, religion, creeds etc can be obtain membership of the organisation, but member should be above the age of 18 years.
  • No qualification – technical knowledge is required for membership of the organisation. The one and only requirement is one interest and dedication.
  • Jurisdiction of the organisation will be the Jaipur & Other districts of Rajasthan.
  •  The Head Quarter of the organisation will be at Govindam Chamber, Kalwar Road, Shrinath Filing Petrol pump ke pass, Jaipur.

FUND COLLECTION

  • The collection of the fund shall be raised from member joining and monthly fees.
  •  Grants in aid from the state, Central, Non- governmental organisation & (Company / Factories) Corporate Social Responsibility.
  •  The organisation also accepts funds from the voluntary contribution.
  •  Fund also will be raised from the conducting commercial programme (Musical, fair etc)
  • All the incomes, earnings, movable, immovable, properties of the society shall be solely utilised and applied towards the programme its aim and objects only as set forth in the memorandum of the society and no profit their off shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present of the past members of the society or to any person claiming through anyone more of the present or the past members. No members of the society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership.

ADMISSION AND MONTHLY FEES

  • One can obtain membership of the organisation on payment of Rs. 10,000 Rs as admission fee.
  • Monthly membership fee shall be Rs 1000/- or 10000 Rs yearly.
  • In the event of resignation / death/ expulsion of members. The membership fees /cash or kind contributed to the organisation in the past shall not be refunded any cost.
  •  Monthly Fee of each month should be paid by every member to the treasurer of the organisation before the 10th day of following month and receipt thereof duly obtained.
  •  If the member fails to pay the monthly membership fee for the 6 (Six) constitutive moths then He/ She membership from the organisation shall be automatically term as expelled or non member of the organisation.
  • Life membership: Any individual person can be atomically becomes  Life member of the organisation if He/ she pays (One time) Rs 10,0000 (one lakh) at the time of joining the organisation.  But Life membership shall cancelled by the 2/3 majority of the executive committee, if he/ she becomes alcoholic or other kind of intoxicant and drug abuse.

TERMS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

  •  All executive committee of the organisation shall be selected / elected among the members.
  • The tenure of all the executive committee shall be for the period of 2 (Two) years from the date of election/ selection/ nomination.
  •  The 20 % of the executive committee shall be reserved for woman.
  • The selection of the executive committee shall be done through election (Voting or Voice vote) by the general body of the organisation.
  •  He/ She shall be expelled from the Present executive post by the 2/3 majority of the executive committee if he/ she breaches of rules and regulation laid down by the organisation.
  •  He / She shall be expelled from the present executive post by the 2/3 majority of the executive committee if he/ she becomes alcoholic or other kind of intoxicant and drug abuse.

RESIGNATION OF THE MEMBERS

  • A member of the organisation may resign by giving notice in writing his / her intention to do so to the secretary and after such resignation being accepted, he/ she cease to be the member. A member may at any time before the acceptance of resignation can withdraw his or her resignation.
  • When the resignation is accepted the secretary shall communicate such resignation of the member to all the members of the organisation within 30 days.

REMOVAL OF A MEMBER OR EXECUTIVE MEMBER

  •  An executive member may be removed for the non performance of the duties he/ she assigned by the organisation or violation of rules and regulation of the organisation or If the member fails to pay the monthly membership fee for the 6 (Six) constitutive months or he/ she becomes alcoholic or other kind of intoxicant and drug abuse.

FILLING OF VACANCY/ VACANCIES

  •  If any post of executive member remains vacant for reason of death, removal or resignation. Such vacancies shall be filled up by election (Vote or voice vote) by the general body of the organisation.

PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING MEETING

  • The meeting of the organisation shall be conducted by communicating the time, venue and date of such meeting to the individual members by Secretary through letter, mobile message, phone calls, what’s app , face book or any source of modern technology of communication in 1 week advance of the date of meeting. In case of emergency the president may direct secretary to call for meeting in short period of time through any source of easy communication.
  • The meeting of the executive members of the organisation shall be conducted quarterly basis. The minutes of the executive members should be sent to all the general body members within 15 days from the date of meeting.
  • The Annual general Body meeting shall be held on every year.  The secretary shall be responsible of placing the annual activities report along with accounts details.

QUORUM

  • At every meeting of executive members of the organisation, 2/3 (Two third) of the total members personally shall form a quorum. Every member present in person shall have one vote. All resolution shall be decided by the majority of vote (voice vote) of the member present. In case of a tie vote, the decision of the president shall be the final and binding.

AUDITING OF ACCOUNTS

  • The internal auditing of the organisation shall be done by executive committee of the organisation during the quarterly meeting of the executive committee or the executive members may appoint/ select expert or knowledgeable person on accounts among the general members of the organisation.
  • The external auditing shall be done by the registered chartered accountant on every financial year. The selection of the chartered accountant shall be selected by the executive members of the organisation.

APPOINTMENT OF STAFF

  • The executive committee of the organisation have a power to Engage employees / professional staff/ Legal expert / Managers for the work and furtherance of the aims and objectives of the organisation and pay their wages/ salaries. The salaries of the staffs / paid employees shall be fixed by the organisation or given according to approved project budget & its guidelines of the funding agency. The secretary shall monitor day to day activity of staffs.

WINDING UP / DISSOLUTION

Dissolution of the organisation shall be effected as follows:

  •  A resolution passed by 2/3 majority in the organisation meeting held for the purpose.
  •  On the dissolution of the organisation, the dues of the members and others liabilities shall be meet out of the auction of assets of the organisation through proper auction procedure in presence of District Magistrate representative. The remaining assets left behind shall be handed over to District Magistrate of the District. Further District Magistrate shall donate the remaining assets to reputed NGO of District working in the field of Children.
